Victoria began her real estate career in San Marino as the office manager and director of Marketing/advertising for a major discount brokerage. As a licensed real estate agent she has worked the Arcadia, Alhambra, El Monte, Monterey Park, Rosemead, San Gabriel and San Marino communities. Active in the real estate community, Victoria is an elected director of the 2,000 member San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS® and held office as Secretary in 2009. She was on the Board of Directors for CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. She has served on several committees, including MLS, Education, International, Orientation and Board of Directors. A graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, she has completed coursework to earn the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist. Victoria attended West Los Angeles College and California State University, Los Angeles, after graduating from Schurr High School in Montebello . Buck Stapleton began his real estate career in Glendale, in 1979 as a commercial agent. He added residential sales and completed the Graduate REALTOR Institute in 1986. Buck has been a consistent member of the multi-million dollar and top sales club in real estate and has ranked in the top 1% of all salespeople in one of the largest real estate organizations in the world.
He is a graduate of Los Angeles City College, U.C.L.A., and Cal State University Los Angeles. Buck is a college professor and author of a best selling book, California Real Estate Principles, Dearborn Publishing, now in its 8th edition and used by more than 70 colleges and private propriety schools. Buck has written numerous articles and brochures for REALTORS® and the general public and is an original California Fair Housing instructor and member of the C.A.R. Master Faculty.
He is a graduate of world renowned Floyd Wickman's Sweathogs Training and is the recipient of the Master Sales Academy's 5 Million/50 Transactions Award for one year. Buck is a former broker-owner of a major real estate franchise and as a manager supervised an office with over 125 associates.
A member of the international community, Buck has made several trips taking real estate agents and investors to the People’s Republic of China since 2001. He was elected as an officer and director of the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Association.
Active in his local Association, Buck has served as chair of the International, Education, and Orientation for New Agents Committee’s.
